(2)Import of paintball markers or paintball guns shall be subject to submission of certificate from the manufacturing company of the country of export that the muzzle energy of the paintball markers or guns does not exceed 90 m/s or 300 ft./s (300 fsp) and an undertaking from the importer that the paintball markers or paintball guns shall be sold only through an authorized arms and ammunition dealer registered under these rules.
