2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with RC 08(A)/2025-BBS pending on the file of learned Special Judge, CBI, Bhubaneswar arising out of DSPE, CBI, ACB P.S. Case No.RC0152025A0008 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 120-B read with Section 420/468/471 of IPC and Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. List this matter on 20.09.2025 along with ABLAPL No.9603 of 2025.

4. As an interim measure, it is directed that the Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in connection with the aforesaid case, till the next date.

5. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
