85. Privileges of Sub-Inspectors. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- Sub-Inspectors when appearing before officers superior to them in rank are, by virtue of their office, entitled to the courtesy of a chair, except when appearing on strictly formal official occasions, such for example as :-(i)at orderly room.(ii)in Court,(iii)when making an official report,(iv)when putting up registers or papers for signature or order.
