Stand of the counsel for the petitioners is that the issue
raised in the present writ application has already been decided and
answered by this Court in a batch of writ applications, disposed of on
13.5.2015. The leading case was of Brajesh Kumar and others Vs. State of Bihar and others i.e. CWJC No. 2892 of 2013 and other analogous cases.
If the case of these petitioners comes within the ambit of said adjudication, they will derive benefit thereof.
Writ application is disposed of.
