Section 25 in The Metal Corporation (Nationalisation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976
25. Repeal of Ordinance and saving.-
(1)The Metal Corporation (Nationalisation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, 1976 (12 of 1976) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
