Section 56(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(1)A registered society shall submit on monthly basis to the Registrar, to an affiliating society, if any and to the financing bank such returns and reports, in such form and within such time, as the Registrar may from time to time prescribe.
