Section 91(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)Where a petition is presented against a LLP, it shall be accompanied by a notice of the petition in the form prescribed under these rules together with a copy of the petition for service on the LLP and an envelope addressed to the LLP at its registered office or its principal place of business and sufficiently stamped for being sent by registered post for acknowledgement or through empanelled courier agency.
