Section 94(2) in Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969
(2)Any person carrying on any trade or business in contravention of sub-section (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to [two thousand rupees.] [Substituted by Kerala Act No. 1 of 2000.]
