22. Process fee for service of notice in the case of deposit of rent by tenant.
- A process fee at the rate of [rupees thirty-four] [Words substituted for the words 'rupees twenty' by Notification dated 13.6.2003 published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I, dated 13.6.2003.] for every party on whom a notice is to be served shall be paid in cash in respect of each deposit of rent under section 21 along with such deposit.
