                           The   petitioner   makes     a   strong   allegation      that   the

                    respondents are suppressing the testimonials which have been

filed by every candidate along with his application form. The petitioner is only interested in the testimonials of the Unreserved Exempted Category candidates with Training.

Pursuant to an earlier order of Court, the respondent nos. 2 to 4 had produced the records, but it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said records are incomplete records.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to produce the testimonials of the Unreserved Exempted Category Trained candidates on the next date of hearing.

Let the matter appear on 9th December, 2019 to enable the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to produce the said records.
