28. Grant of Certificates of Competency and Permit to Wiremen.
- Every candidate who passed the examination for Wiremen conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training prescribed under these rules or who is exempted from appearing for such examination shall be granted a Competency Certificate in Form 'E' or 'F' as the case may be and the permit in Form 'G'.
