Section 57 in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
57. Inconsistency with other laws.-When the provisions
of any other law relating to matters dealt within this Act, areinconsistent with the provisions of this Act the provision ofsuch other law shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, haveno effect.
