Section 34(1) in United Provinces Medical Act, 1917
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted by the A.O. 1950 for (Provl. Govt.) which had been Substituted by the A. O. 1937 for (L. G.)] may, after previous publication from time to time make rules consistent with the Act to carry out the purposes of this Act.
