(6)Every caregiver or other staff of the Home, if he comes to know of any incident or probability of unrest amongst the children, shall bring the same to the notice of the Personin- charge without any loss of time, who shall take necessary steps as the situation demands and shall inform the Board or the Committee of such information or incident as well as the steps taken by him, in writing.
