Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Cotton Control Act, 1952
(1)Every owner, occupier or person in charge of any land, building, ship, vessel, vehicle or place in a controlled area shall give all reasonable facilities to the officer authorized under section 8, sub-section (1), to inspect such land, building, ship, vessel, vehicle or place.
