Section 19(2) in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment, Conversion & Regularisation of Agricultural Land for Residential, Commercial and Public Utility Purposes in Urban Areas) Rules, 1981
(2)If at any time, it is found that the land regularised has been transferred in contravention of these rules, the Collector may resume the same. The lessee shall, however, be given three months time to remove the structure or building erected on the land if any and no compensation on this account shall be payable.
