Section 78(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)fire extinguishing equipment provided under sub-clause (i) of clause(a) is properly maintained and inspected at regular intervals of not less than once in a year by the responsible persons and a record of such inspection is maintained.
