(4)The institutions attached to the examination centre where mass copying was reported, shall not be allocated the same examination centre, but shall be allocated the examination centre at the Block, Tehsil or District Head Quarters for the next three years :Provided that the Board shall have power to change the examination centre as a whole or in part in respect of any institution attached to a particular centre, at any time, for reasons to be recorded in writing.]
