Section 2(5) in The Rajasthan Hatching Eggs and Day-Old-Chicks (Regulation of Production, Supply and Sale) Order, 1992
(5)"Day-old-Chicks" means newly hatched young ones of poultry comprising of chickens, ducks, eggs, quails, turkeys and quinea fowls and includes the young one from the time of hatch till the commencement of breeding.
