26. Conferment of degrees, diplomas and honorary degrees, grant of certificates by University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other State law for the time being in force, the University shall have powers to confer degrees, diplomas, honorary degrees, grant certificates and other academic distinctions or titles as approved by the Board on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
