Section 15(3) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Acquisition of Land Owners Estates Rules, 1964
(3)On receipt of the Assistant Commissioner's report and after such further inquiry if any, as he may deem fit to make, the Collector shall forward the application, alongwith the record of the case, and his own recommendation, to the Secretary to Government in the Revenue Department, for the orders of the Government.
