Section 63(2)(e) in The Orissa Prohibition Act, 1956

(e)prescribing the quantity, extent and conditions in respect of-

(i)liquor and intoxicating drugs intended to be used for sacramental purposes; and

(ii)liquor, intoxicating drugs and tari in the possession of bona fide travellers, as provided for in Section 31 and Section 32;
