826. Grant of Testimonials by Inspecting Officers.
- No member of the educational inspecting staff other than a Regional Deputy Director of Education may grant a testimonial to any other member of the inspecting or scholastic staff or to any ex-member of the staff with regard to his or her professional qualifications; nor will the Regional Deputy Director of Education grant such a testimonial to any such person who remains in the service of Government.(D.
