Section 18(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Advertisement Tax) Rules, 1967
(1)The Commissioner or any other officer authorised by him may remove any advertisement or sky-sign which, in his opinion has been displayed in contravention of the provisions of the Act, rules or bye-laws made thereunder.
