Section 55(1) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions for appeal and revision under this Act, any competent authority may, on an application received in this behalf, amend any order as to the institution to which a juvenile or the child is to be sent or as to the person under whose care or supervision a juvenile or the child is to be placed under this Act:Provided that there shall be at least two members and the parties or its defence present during the course of hearing for passing an amendment in relation to any of its order.
