Section 27(2) in The M.P. Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(2)Any party to the dispute aggrieved by the decision thereon under sub-rule (1) may prefer an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the decision to the Labour Officer or the Assistant Labour Officer :Provided that the appellate authority may admit an appeal after the said period if the appellant satisfies such authority that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within that period.
