Section 11(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Rules, 1974
(1)The amount payable for fruit-bearing trees shall be at the seignorage rates notified by the District Forest Officer as applicable to the district from time to time and for the Tribunal may require the District Forest Officer in whose jurisdiction the land is situated to furnish an estimate of the amount payable for such trees.
