Section 10(4) in The U.P. Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1974
(4)The State Government shall furnish to the Trustees Committee a statement containing the number of Welfare Stamps printed and sold, the details of costs deducted and the amount transferred under this section to the account to the Fund, within three months of such transfer.
