Section 9(1) in The National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016
(1)On receipt of the application under rule 8, the Authority shall within a period of thirty days either grant registration to the real estate agent or reject the application, as the case may be:Provided that the Authority may grant an opportunity to the real estate agent to rectify the defects in the application within such time period as may be specified by it.
