Section 30(2) in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
(2)Candidates who have undergone a course of training at an Engineering College or Technical Institution must produce either the diploma of the institution or a certificate from the Principal or Superintendent of the Institution giving period devoted in completing the course.
