Section 16(3)(a) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for Common Carrier or Contract Carrier Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008

(a)Transporter shall allocate quantity of gas to various shippers as determined under clause (b) of sub-regulation (2) and as per the scheduling exercise.
