In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Delhi Development (Misc.) Rules-1959, the Delhi Development Authority hereby makes with the prior approval of the Central Govt., Recruitment Regulations far the past of Commissioners in the DDA which may be read as under:| 1 | Name of the post | : | Commissioner/Secretary |

| 4 | Scale of pay | : | I. Departmental Commissionersa] On initialappointment, the pay scale of the post shall be Rs.14300-18300/-. (The same scale as the departmental Directors,Selection Grade who are being given this scale on non—functionalbasis). Departmental Commissioners shall however be placed in thepay scale of Rs. 18400-22400/- from the date they have completedfive (5) years of service on the post of Commissioners.b]Number of posts in the scale of Rs. 18400-22400/- interchangeablewith the posts in the pay scale of Rs. 14300-18300/- shall berestricted to 2 for the departmental officers,II.Commissioners On DeputationThey shall draw the payscale as per their terms of appointment and as per instructionsof the DOP & T and the Ministry of Urban Affairs andEmployment. |
