(1)When any wholesale vendor of foreign liquor desires to carry on any of the aforesaid operations he will submit an application to the Commissioner through the Deputy Commissioner of the district concerned for a licence under Clause (a) or Clause (b) of Rule 49 and shall furnish the following particulars, namely:(a)the place at which and the premises in which the operation or operations referred to in the said rule will be carried on;(b)the approximate number of days in a week or month for which the operation or operations will be carried on.
