(3)Each sanction shall be recorded in the Register and a copy of the sanction order shall be sent to the Accounts Officer of the [Directorate of Tourism, Sports and Culture.] [Substituted vide Notification No. 4580/23.6.1981.] The sanction order shall be in Form P.I.A.-B.
