(ii)The Principal of the Netarhat Residential School is empowered to accord administrative approval to all works in connection with the aforesaid school, residential or non-residential up to a limit of Rs. 5,000 and to water-supply, sanitary and electric installation up to a limit of Rs. 2,500.
