State of Andhra Pradesh - Subsection

Section 23(5)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966

(ii)prevents or obstructs inspection of any notified agricultural produce, livestock or products of live stock or of any vehicle, vessel or other conveyance carrying such produce, by the officer aforesaid, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which shall not be less than three months but which may extend to six months.
