Section 14(b) in Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864
(b)his ploughs, implements of husbandry, one pair of ploughing cattle, such manure and seed g ain stocked by the defaulter or on his behalf by his relations as may be necessary for the due cultivation if his lands in the ensuring year ; and
