Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
(1)If the competent authority satisfied with the particulars furnished along with the application for grant of permission to start a Law College, the Competent Authority shall undertake an inspection of the location of proposed Law College along with the Principals of two Government Law Colleges and shall submit a report along with his recommendations to the Government.
