(2)Where the sale is effected by the [a Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [These words were substituted for the words 'an Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' and 'State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' by Maharashtra 41 of 2005, (w.e.f. 25-8-2005), Section 8.] or the trustee under section 133, the [a Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [These words were substituted for the words 'an Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' and 'State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' by Maharashtra 41 of 2005, (w.e.f. 25-8-2005), Section 8.] or the Trustee, as the case may be, shall in the prescribed manner submit to the Registrar a report setting forth the manner in which the sale has been effected and the result of the sale, and the Registrar may confirm or cancel the sale.
