(3)Four members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Selection Committee for posts in the rank of Professor and Reader of the University where at least two expert members shall be present; and three members, of whom one shall be an expert, shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Selection Committee for posts in the rank of Lecturer of the University.
