Section 6(2) in The M.P. Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Rules, 1997
(2)On receipt of an application made under sub-rule (1) the supervising authority shall, if satisfied that the application is in order, issue a fresh certificate in Form 'B' and a licence in Form 'BB'.
