Section 36 in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008
36. University not to pay dividend, etc., in money.
- The University shall not pay in money to any, of its, members of staff or students any dividend, gift, diversion or bonus, except by way of prize, reward or special grant.
