9. Officers and servants of Board.
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Government or by the President.(2)The Board may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary, in accordance with the regulations made in this behalf, for the efficient performance of its functions.
