Section 45(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(2)[ For the election of members and office bearers of the committee of the co-operative societies mentioned in sub-rule (1), the Authority shall appoint an Election Officer:Provided that no member or employee of the society concerned shall be appointed as an Election Officer.
