Section 28(1) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(1)For the conduct of Board's Examinations, evaluation of answer-books in such Examination and preparations of result thereof, the Committee of Management, Head of Institution, every teacher and other employee in relation to an institution, shall render such assistance, perform such duties and discharge such functions as may be required, entrusted or assigned to it or him by or under this Act.
