Section 38(1) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(1)No alteration shall be made for a period of one year from the date of its coming into operation in any standing order settled under any of the foregoing provisions of its Chapter except by the Industrial Court in appeal or review, where such appeal or review lies.
