199. Procedure for procuring attendance of witnesses. -
If in any proceeding of a judicial nature pending before any Revenue Court, either party desires the attendance of witnesses, he shall follow the procedure prescribed by the Order XVI, Rules 2 to 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.[200. Hearing in absence of party. - Whenever any party to such proceeding neglects to attend on the day specified in the summons or on any day to which the case may have been postponed, the Court may dismiss the case for default or may hear and determine it ex parte.] [Substituted by U.P.
