Section 302 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
302. Provision of troughs and pipes to receive water from roofs of buildings.
- The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, require the owner of any building in any street to put up, and maintain in good condition, proper and sufficient, trough and pipes for receiving and carrying the water from the roof and other parts of the building and for discharging the water so that it shall not fall upon any street or damage any street or other property vested in the Corporation.
