Section 8(2) in The National Council For Teacher Education Rules, 1997
(2)The Council shall approve a panel of names of experts in teacher education or educational administration who may be able to inspect the recongnized institutions. The Chairman shall nominate at least two persons out of the panel of experts to a inspection team.
