Section 6(1) in The Bihar Electricity Duty Act, 1948
(1)The [Government] [Substituted by para 4(1) of the A.L.O. for 'Provincial'.] may, by notification, appoint Inspecting Officers to inspect the books of account required to be kept under clause (a) of Section 5.
